This Is My Brave serves as a platform for individuals to share their true, personal stories of overcoming mental illness and substance use disorder in a stage production.

Our storytellers share their experiences in an inspiring way through creative expression on the stage. We are hosting production of This Is My Brave – The Show in Broward County featuring local residents sharing their stories. This evening is an inspiring event that will make you laugh and cry as you witness healing through storytelling. This is My Brave leaves the audience with an understanding of how we are all impacted by mental health, thus decreasing stigma.
