First Time Guests

We aim to create the most pleasant experience possible. See below about what to expect while here at The Center.

Your Experience at The Center

We Look Forward to Having You

We recommend planning your travel so that you arrive in Coral Springs no later than 45-60 minutes before show time. You should also budget an additional 15 minutes to park. Our lobby doors open 60 minutes prior to show time, and our seating areas open 30 minutes prior to show time for most shows.

Show Length

Most shows usually last two to three hours, and many have an intermission. Intermissions for most shows are brief and commonly run just 15-20 minutes. Intermission timings and length are out of staff control, as they abide by the show’s strict schedule. Within the time allowed, you can socialize with your companions, get a drink or a snack in the lobby, or simply stay in your seat and relax so you’ll be ready for the second half of the show.

Content Advisory & Parental Discretion

We offer a diverse selection of entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every guest or for all ages. Parental discretion is always advised, and judgment of the content for each show should be made on an individual basis prior to purchase. Ticket buyers should take responsibility for making informed decisions regarding their purchases. When available, we provide links to show websites for further information and recommendations. Some shows make further age appropriate recommendations, as provided on our website. We also recommend visiting the official website of each show. Questions about the content or appropriateness of a show should be directed to the box office at (954) 344-5990.

Guest Etiquette

We’re committed to guest courtesy. Please consider when attending our events:

Quiet Please

Once the show starts, please allow the stage to be the center of attention. All electronic devices (cell phones, smart phones, tablets, and digital cameras) must be turned off before entering the seating area. Please limit conversation, as it may be distracting to other patrons.

Light Refreshments Only

Small snacks and drinks are welcome in the seating area, but as a courtesy to those around you, please eat and drink as quietly as possible. We ask that you finish any large food items before entering the seating area, as food odors and noisy wrappers may disturb others.

Kids at Coral Springs Center For The Arts

All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. Children must be able to sit quietly in their seats without disturbing other guests. If children are attending this performance with you, please exit the theater immediately if they become restless, talkative or otherwise upset.

Cameras & Recording

Photography and video recording are prohibited. Cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed into the building. For some shows, no cameras of any kind are allowed including small point-and-shoot cameras.

Security At The Center

We suggest that all patrons arrive as early as possible and bring minimal personal belongings to the Theatre. All patrons entering the Theatre are subject to search at the discretion of management, which may include a pat down or scans with metal detector wands. All bags are subject to search; bags that pass inspection must fit comfortably under a seat. Backpacks, diaper bags or bags larger than 12 x 12 x 6 inches are not allowed inside of the theater. Laptops, briefcases, suitcases, and outside food and beverages are not allowed in the building. Patrons will be asked to return non-approved bags or other prohibited items to their vehicle prior to theatre entry. Any items confiscated will not be returned. The Theatre does not provide an area to check coats or any personal belongings.

The Coral Springs Center for the Arts reserves the right to change the security policy or implement any security measures required for any performance without advance notice.

In order to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers, our establishment, The Center prohibits the wearing, transporting, storage, or presence of firearms or other dangerous weapons in our facilities or on our property including anywhere that company business is conducted, such as customer locations, client locations, trade shows, restaurants, company event venues, and so forth.

We are here to help.

Above all, we hope you enjoy your experience at The Center, and please remember that we're here to help. If you have a question or need assistance of any kind, just ask a member of our staff.
